To the entire family: My sincere regrets at Docs passing and sincere appreciation for all he did for me personally. He patched me up from dog bites while I delivered newspapers as a kid and from car wrecks as an alleged adult. He was always on call!!

He cared for his patients and provided "care" like no one else. They just don't make them like him anymore.

Easter week seems like a nice time for the Doc and Mrs. Shaheen to be back together.

As I live in the home you created for a while longer, I walk through the halls and rooms with thoughts of missing you and Mom, and the wonderful things you gave to your children.
  • Sara Shaheen

Your passing along with mom's brings me to understand that the loss and grief one experiences has little to do and/or does not diminish with the length of days you spent on earth. Sadness envelopes me now but a spirit of gratefulness and blessings pervades my tears.

I send my deepest thoughts of celebration for your Dad who was an amazing Dr. and person. He took care of my parents way back when in Utica. His presence and dedication to humanity is a contribution to this world and the health care he provided. His loving wife was his cheerleader and she will be greatly missed also. The children are the extensions of this wonderful creation that was so loved and appreciated. His legacy will never be forgotten to all in Utica and
New Hartford. The warm memories of his devotion to mankind will forever be charished. The health care is a better place because of his
extreme love for all his patients. Thank you,

I send my warmest feeling to my friend Mary Louise, She was proud of her parents and I know they will be greatly missed.
