Emma M. (McAfee) Chapin

Mrs. Emma M. Chapin, age 97, of Utica, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 7, 2013 at home.

She was born on September 30, 1915 in Cincinnati, Ohio, a daughter of the late Thomas and Louise Ritter McAfee.

On July 20, 1953 she was joined in marriage to Frank M. Chapin in Indiana, a blessed union of 42 years until his passing on December 13, 1995.

Surviving are her dear friends and caregivers, Frances and Anthony Colucci of Utica; and Carol Burgess.

Private interment will be in RomeCemetery.

Funeral arrangements are by The Scala & Roefaro Funeral Home, Inc. 1122 Culver Ave.
