Frank Kelsey

Frank Kelsey age 91, passed away on Tuesday April 15, 2025, at the Masonic Care Community where he was a resident with his wife Ethel.

He was born in Alexander, NY on August 24, 1933, a son of the late Henry and Lois Parker Kelsey. He served his country from 1951-1954 during the Korean Conflict in the US Air Force.

He was married to Ethel Louise Gripton on July 22, 1983, in Honeoye Falls, NY.

Surviving is his wife Ethel, his daughter Janice Marie Morrow and husband William of NC; stepsons James (Leslie) Rider of MD and Ret. Master Sergeant USAF John Rider (Shauntella) of TX; grandchildren, great-grandchildren and extended family. Frank was predeceased by his daughter Barbara Ellen.

Funeral services will be held privately at the convenience of the family with burial in Oak Reed Cemetery, Oakfield, NY.
