H. Werner Jacobsen, age 96, passed away on August 20, 2025 at the Masonic Care Community.

In keeping with Werner's wishes, there will be no public visitation or funeral services. Private interment will take place in Saratoga National Cemetery.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Scala, Roefaro & Karboski Funeral Home.
