Hata Pehlic, age 63, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, on Saturday, August 22, 2026.

She was born on November 20, 1962, in Bosnia a daughter of the late Kasim and Rahima (Baciravic) Pehlic. 

Hata is survived by her loving children, Aida Ahmetovic, Fatima Ahmetovic Husic, Almir (Zamira) Ahmetovic and Mehmed Ahmetovic; her four grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and extended family in the U.S and overseas. 

Graveside services will be Tuesday, August 25, 2026 at 5 PM at the West Bosnian Islamic Cemetery, Church Road, Marcy.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Scala, Roefaro & Karboski Funeral Home 1122 Culver Ave., Utica, NY.
