Joel R. Stormes

Mr. Joel R. Stormes, age 48, of Utica died unexpectedly on Thursday January 2, 2014 at his home.
He was born in Utica on March 6, 1965, a son of the late Richard and Cora DeTraglia Stormes and was a graduate of TR Proctor High School.
Surviving are two brothers Mark and Todd Stormes and their families; one dear aunt Florence DeTraglia with whom he resided; two uncles Erminio "Chuck" DeTraglia, Utica and Roger Stormes, Syracuse and many cousins.
Funeral services will be held privately, with the Rev. Laurie Pauly officiating.
