Mr. Louis J. Ferris age 68 of Utica, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday November 3, 2016 at the Rome Memorial Hospital.

He was born in Utica on April 21, 1948 a son of the late George and Sarah Joseph Ferris and was educated locally. Louis was employed with the UNIVAC Corp. until his retirement.

Surviving are his brother John Ferris of Utica; relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his brother George J.Ferris, Jr. in 2011.

Funeral services were held privately at the convenience of the family.
