Nedzib Andelija, age 68, passed away on Thursday, January 15, 2026 at his home surrounded by his loving family.

He was born in Bosnia on May 2, 1957 a son of the late Asim and Munira (Kruscica) Andelija. Nedzi married Zahida Mekic, a blessed union of 50 years and came to the United States in 2001.

He is survived by his loving wife, his children, Edina (fiance, Elvis) Dizdarevic and Edin Andelija, his siblings and extended family in Bosnia.

Graveside services will be on Saturday, January 17, 2026 at the Bosnian Islamic Cemetery at 4 PM.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Scala, Roefaro & Karboski Funeral Home.
