Rosemarie (Guarnieri) DeFazio, age 92, of Utica, passed away on Wednesday January 7, 2026, at the Lutheran Health Care Center, with her loving family by her side.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 12:00 noon in St. Anthony/St. Agnes Church, Utica. The family will greet visitors at the conclusion of mass in church.
