Rosemary (Romano) Abraham

Mrs. Rosemary (Romano) Abraham, age 78, of Utica, passed away on Sunday October 4, 2020 at the Siegenthaler Center of Hospice Care Inc. with her loving family by her side.

She was born in Utica on January 8, 1942 a daughter of the late Louis and Rose Perrone Romano and was educated in local schools. Rosemary was a graduate of Beauty School and was a Beautician by trade. For many years she worked in the family business “Abraham’s Market” on South & Dudley Ave.

A loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and sister, she will be sadly missed but never forgotten.

Surviving are her beloved husband, Byron (Todd) Abraham; her son and daughter-in-law Byron and Heidi Abraham; two daughters and a son-in-law Karla and Bill Conley and Tricia Abraham all of Utica; her cherished grandchildren Megan Mills, Nicholas, Abby and Todd Abraham, Laura Rose Ratcliffe, Alexandra (Allie) Conley, Brianna (Breezy) Mendez and Ciara Abraham-Davis; cherished great-grandchildren Oliver, Arcadia and Evelyn; two sisters and a brother-in-law Millie Passante and Laura Jean and Russell Leone; one brother John (Lanny) Romano; her in-laws Beverly Abraham and Gary and Billy Abraham and several loving nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers Frank, Albert, Pete, Vito and Louis “Jr.” Romano and two sisters Beatrice Gambino and Mary Conte.

Her family will Honor and Celebrate her Life at a private time with the Rev. Fr. Boutros Al Hachem officiating. In memory of Rosemary, donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
