She was born in Watertown , NY on December 13, 1956 a daughter of the late James V. and Grace Mary Tesoriero Lettiere.

Sandra was a NYS Licensed Hairdresser having owned and operated her own Beauty Salon until her retirement.

Surviving are her brother and sister-in-law James and Jeanette Lettiere of Clayton, NY nieces and nephews.

Her funeral services were held privately.
