William "Billy" Carcone

Mr. William F. Carcone age 69 of Ilion, passed away unexpectedly on Monday June 6, 2022 at home.

He was born on April 9, 1953 in Utica a son of the late Benedict and Kathleen (Falatico) Carcone and was educated in local schools. Billy served our country in the US Marine Corps from 1972-1975.

Billy was employed as a cable contractor with the Time-Warner Cable Co. until his retirement.

Surviving are his love and Best Friend Patricia Brosmer of Ilion; his two youngest children Kathleen and Vincent Carcone and their mother Brenda Carpenter; two brothers and a sister-in-law Bernard “Bernie” and Doreen Carcone and Barry Carcone all of N. Utica; grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and friends. He was predeceased by his parents, his sisters Barbara Tinelli,  Bonita Carcone-Nagy and Infant sister Beverly and his brother Benny Carcone.

His Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday 6/10/22 at 10:30 am in St. Mark's Church, N. Utica. Private burial will be in the family plot in St. Joseph Cemetery, Utica. In memory of Billy, please consider a donation to the charity of your choice.
