Edith (Galime) Tofani

Mrs. Edith (Galime) Tofani , age 91, formerly of Utica, passed away on Wednesday December 8, 2021 in Kennesaw, GA.

She was born in St. Procopio, Italy on June 30, 1930. On July 1, 1950, she was married to Richard Tofani and they enjoyed 71 loving years together. Edie wore many hats throughout her life as wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, hairdresser, real estate agent and secretary. One of her happiest times was being voted “Senior Queen” while living in Fort Myers, FL. She wore that crown well.

Edie leaves behind her loving husband Richard, her son Richard (Tiffanie) Tofani and family, and her daughter Donna (Lenny) Milano and family.

Funeral services will be held privately.

The family extends their gratitude to Tranquility Hospice of Kennesaw for their kindness and compassion during her brief illness, and also to her son Richard for his unending care and devotion to mom and dad.
