Mr. Joseph Catera age 79, of Utica passed away after a brief illness on Monday March 22, 2021 at St. Luke’s Hospital with his loving family by his side.

Joe was so proud of his children and even more proud of his grandchildren. Joe was committed to sharing his wealth of knowledge and wisdom, to ensure his family had the best that life had to offer.

Joe was a great guy and will be missed by many.  He was the definition of a true old-fashioned gentleman who had his priorities clearly in order beginning with family first. He provided true admiration and respect from many and was always there for everyone including family, neighbors, colleagues, and friends.
