On November 7, 1959, she was married to Albert Taurisano until his passing on May 7, 2003.  Pat was a lifetime parishioner of Historic Old St. John’s in Utica NY.

Pat began her work career as the Head of Advertising with the Boston Store in Downtown Utica, where she worked for many years until the closing of the iconic store.  Pat was an avid golfer and was a member of many leagues at Higby Hills Country Club, Stonebridge Golf and Country Club and Valley View Golf Course.  She was a long-standing member of the Ladies Central District Golf League where she enjoyed traveling to many area courses.

Always a gambler, our Aunt Pat enjoyed many long days and nights smoking, drinking and gambling away our inheritance at the Turning Stone Casino in Verona.

She leaves her beloved nieces and nephews who were like her own children, Jon and Diann Gorea, Judy Gorea  and Gayle Pulizzi, Gregory and Dena Gorea, George Frattasio, and Geoffrey and Mary Jo Frattasio; her cherished great nieces and great nephews Tiffany Gorea, Nikki and Greg Tomidy, Anthony Gorea, Samantha Gorea and fiancée Nick Dalbis, Gregory Jon Gorea, Amanda Frattasio and Nina and Giovanni Frattasio, great great niece Guiliana Tomidy, and cousins Carol and Bill McNulty and their family, and a special friend Denise Rowland.  She also leaves her beloved dog Romeo.

Pat was predeceased by her beloved sisters, “The Castelli Twins”, Jacquelyn “Jacqui” Gorea and Judi Frattasio, with whom she shared a loving and special bond; her nephew Gary Frattasio who was always close to her heart, her brothers-in-law; John Gorea and George Frattasio, and her in laws in the Taurisano Family.

The family honored and commemorated Pat’s life in a private ceremony. Entombment was in Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum.

The family would like to add a very special thank you to Denise Rowland for all of her care and devotion over the last year.
